★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SANTRAGACHI, সাঁতরাগাছি, सांतरागाछि- Nowadays very very important and well connected railway station of south eastern railway. Famous for carshed and large number of railway quarters. Many trains of SER are starting journey from here. Esplanade and south kolkata area is very well connected by car. Long distance bus service are also available from santragachi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very important station in South Eastern Railway. This Station is under renovation. Most of the passenger is to get down here who is to take bus to Bardhaman and other places opposite to Kolkata. It is located beside the NH2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ONE of the biggest railway station before reaching howrah station. New construction of the station is running. Most of the express trains and mail trains stay there. Bus service is also available. One can go anywhere of kolkata from theere. BUt distance between up line and down line is a big problem.
