★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SAP furniture is not even eligible for 1 star ,(Keep in mind all the positive reviews you see are given by the people working in SAP furniture , I have personally seen all those person working over there).Never ever buy anything from #SAPfurniture .I ordered a 3 seater customised sofa.What i received was of very bad quality and finishing .The polish is totally orange in colour. When i asked them to darken the polish colour they asked for extra money.They didnt even make the sofa according to the size and colour we asked for . The back side is bigger and looks so odd.I feel so upset to see the sofa.After service is worst , the factory manager is so rude, he is not even ready to listen to what we asked for and what we have been delivered. There is a huge communication gap between the showroom person and the factory manage. The person in the showroom make false promises.When I told them that the sofa doestnot have a back support. The showroom person said that every issue will be fixed after delivery and there is nothong to worry and i believed them and made full payment. I will never refer SAP furniture to anyone. The big showroom @Bypass is just a eyewash and what the deliver is a very cheap product and make fool of customers.
