★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While buying or renting this apartment don't only see the out look however, there are lot of problems right from drianage to car parking lot.. issue lies everywhere. Worst apartment and the value is not even 3500 per square feet for buying and 12 per square feet for rent. please ensure the traffic, pollution, in sai baba temple road and buy..wise invest gives you immense profit hence decide before buying that too, short run since, in long run we are all dead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Apartment in the neighbor hood, Stay away from this worst place. The apartment have lot of issues, the drainage pipes get leaked in many homes. There are no and 0 amenities now, Gym is closed long back, Swimming pool dried up and closed as they dont have approvals.The association is worst and of no use. Please take information from neighbors, if you are planning to take an apartment for rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been 10 years, this appartment is running with lot of issues. Dont take look from out side see the inside. What you can see is:
No Swimming Pool
No Gym
Dusted Parking
In other words ZEROOOOOOO amenities.
Illegal Floors and old construction with out approval
The walls becoming wet and lot of drinage issues.
Worst maintenance
If you are planning to look for resale here you will be no 1 BAKRA in Bangalore

The maintenance for 2 Bhk is 3500 with 0 amenities. During last two years due to pandemic, there were not many residents but still the maintenance did not come down. There were no water tankers seen no one knows what's happening with money and tenants were never called for any meetings. The apartment beside is only charging 2k from long time. Avoid this worst apartment
