And promises are just useless words from their mouth.

Sara Builders have expertise in fooling people and not living upto their promises and commitment.
Highlights of construction work -:
1> Poor Quality construction work. E.g. Washroom doors aren't closing properly. Engineers fixed it twice and still the problem persist.
2> Sewage Pipes as well as water pipes run through Dry Balcony eating up usable space allotted to owners. Poor Architecture.
3> Tiles in parking have developed cracks. One more example of poor construction quality.
4> I booked flat in April 2016 and Sara Team promised delivery by September 2018. Flat was delivered in June 2019.
5> We are daily receiving water that has drainage water like smell. Pathetic quality of work and after sales service.
If you have patience to handle frustration, false commitment, then choose Sara Builders.

Amenities: garden, children play ground, club house, gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My one of the friend has purchased house but he is facing lot of difficulties regarding quality of work & support from builder side which is very unacceptable. If person is paying such a huge amount to buy dream home then builder must support as his moral responsibility or else he can loose customer base in future.

Please do not buy any property from Sara Builder. I have purchased flat in Sara Metroville at Punawale from Sara Builder in June 2017 and I got a possession in April 2019 without completion from PCMC. Every flat owner got a false commitment from Sara builder. As per agreement with sara builder they gave me posession date as Dec 2018, however till Dec 2018 they did only 65% work. And remaining work they finished in just 3 months with very poor quality. Builder don't care about customer safety. A building work is in progress along with remaining work of B building, as you know A building is under construction, they have not fitted enough safety net around the under construct building. Everyday raw material fall down from 6th floor of A building, 1 of our society member got injured due to this silly work from builder.
Builder committed to each flat owner for ample space of parking however they don't have enough space for parking. Still 30 % of flat owner have not got parking. I am the the first customer who got possession first, however I got only frustration from day in 50 lakh.
Even they do not have experience staff ( for ex. Site Engineer, sales officer etc) They don't have enough knowledge about the civil work. 3rd clas Builder

Construction quality is fair enough when compare to price builder selling it for. Good for people who are willing to buy big house with tiny budget. Initially it had many issues which are resolved now.
Hospitals, schools, market and hotels are nearby. 5 mins walkable distance from highway. Good for future appreciation.
