★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V.bad. The automatic cameras do not work on fast tag. You keep forwarding and reversing the car. Then it is done manually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge toll despite of the 15 sec rule for no toll charge if you have to spend more than 15 secs on toll with a valid fastag. Was stuck here for 1 hour in traffic caused by the goons standing each toll so noone could escape without giving toll. They would charge at you if try to tell them about the govt. Rule.

From there, one can go to Noida or Delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor infrastructure. They will ask you to reverse and cone forward repeatedly because the concessionaire can't be bothered to maintain or upgrade the equipment. The harried toll plaza employees run around manually scanning fastags while dozens of cars idle waiting for the ordeal to end.

I am sharing a today incident with you your counter executive said that your fund is insufficient and your card is blacklisted however while showing the last msg to her that my available balance is Rs 1500/- and after that automatically it was deducted. So request you to change the scanner for our precious time saving.
