★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor compliance in communication especially when it comes to renewal of FD. Not giving interest certificate in mail inspite of having submitted the KYC without which no banking transactions are iniated. On one side we hear our PM saying everything is digitised here is a bank whose untrained staff renews deposit without informing and interest certificate is not emailed citing we do not have email id. Past experience with Saraswat co-op bank near station, opp to Pinky theatre, Andheri-E being good. Today's incident being with their branch at Ambica tower s, jijamata road, Andheri East. I know nothing will be done.
