★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place with beautiful atmosphere, excellent environment and nice scenic beauty. Good for bathing in Ganga. Hindu peoples come here to perform different Hindu rituals in the Ghat. Government is initiating several measures to upgrade the infrastructure and beauty of the ghat and the surrounding areas. Nice place also for physical and mental refreshment enjoying the fresh air of river Ganges. The temple here is also a good place for worshipping and meditation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ghat is just about OK, old, not good for bath! But just good enough for a Puja/ritual. Be careful if you wish to step in to water - as the stairs are very slippery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place beside ganga.It is very near yo Adi chitewasri Durga mandir and Sorbo mongla durga mandir.Gun and shell factory is also on the same road.There is no Jogonath temple.You can see Jogonath balaram and suvdra at Adi chitswari durga mandir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place on the banks of Hooghly River. Surprisingly clean considering the area. There kids around to help you in fetching water, collecting mud from the river for puja purposes and immersing idols.
