★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not believe the reviews. I have been staying as a in the society from past 2 years and trust me it is not at all friendly. Construction quality is worst. I was given brand new flat by thrensocity owner in a rent but let me tell you within 2 months the wall colour started coming off, window glass and doors are of worst quality, during rains the window glasses are coming off, wash basin pipes come very often while using the wash basins, switch board are of worst quality. Balcony door are came off from hinges already and it does not close anymore. Maintenance of the society is of third class. I was planning to buy the house in the same society but later I change my mind. It is 0 value investing my hard earned money. Maintenance team is not up to the mark. In fact few flatnowner personally told me that it was a mistake investing here. If I have to write then this space won’t be enough. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressive society. Well maintained and hygienic. Even though the location is a little on the inside but, the ambiance of the environment is peaceful. About the flats, they are well ventilated and worth money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I have newly shifted to the society, I find this society very nice and the surrounding is very much clean with nice place around. The water supply in the society is for 24 hour's and every building has it's own CCTV surveillance. The resident's are really nice and helpful and the flat's are luxurious and there is nice ventilation in the flat's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located near Kalyani Nagar wadgaon Sheri. One of my cousin brother who is staying here. Visited his place so many times.
Ample of parking place is available here. Security guards are always on the main gate. Construction is really good and rooms are also specious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlikely for one to find such spacious apartments in today's time. The builder is offering largest carpet area in the vicinity at lowest prices. They have ready to move in units as well. The rooftop amenities are coming up very well.

Hugh Flats, Location is good, It is the centre of city from where you can reach place’s like Amanora, Phoniex, EON IT Park, Airport within minutes. Saw the club house, Gym area and playing court for kid's. The society is well maintained with ample of parking space. The sales team was to co-operative and very much helpful. Personally me and my mother liked the society
