★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful homes in Deonar area! They have properties in configuration of 1 BHK (open kitchen), 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK. They have a swimming pool, table tennis table, fussball, Jacuzzi. Massage room, Steam/Sauna and a small but good gymnasium, kids play area, trampoline for kids as well. They also have a banquet hall and two guest rooms, where resident's guests can stay at nominal rent decided by the society. Except for 1.5 BHK flats, all others have east west cross ventilation, which is very rare these days in Mumbai. The rates are very high :(
