★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm living here since December 2018, almost 2 years and I'm quite happy with the surroundings. It's peaceful here as it's the outskirts of Ahmedabad. Maintenance is also good. And the most amazing thing about this place is, you can see the beautiful city from the 14th floor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class maintainance .........one food canteen opened here and they set fan toward U block, exactly at our window...all the heat and dirt come inside our flat, this kind of worst management i have never seen ever......so plz don't waste your money in this property....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is lit for who like to live in outskirts of city, society is surrounded by fields,View and pleasent wind from 12th floor is enthralling,you can listen melodious Birds chripping whole day from your flats, Cleaners are active whole day but some people throw trash from windows,most of the people of society and cleaners eat gutkha and spit everywhere without and single thought, it's very disgusting,why don't they have common sense, I'm living here from past few years,i love this place because it's far from hustle city life, peaceful environment, nothing is bother here except people are less vigilant about cleanliness of their surroundings

Cleaning of society is good.
Have many gardens and extra spaces to walk.
Natural ear and natural environment.
Kind and gentle people leaving.
Safe and near to high way road society (sanand-sarkhej highway).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All flats are east/west facing except M Block flats which are north south facing. Flats which window open in west get extremely hot in the summer. Sunlight directly come to the hall and bedroom which keep entire room and hall heated. Even AC doesn't remain effective. Likewise the top floor flats get extremely hot during the summer. Even AC doesn't keep it cool. Nobody should stay on top floor flats or the flats which window open in west in summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flats are small and cozy for single person or bachelors , cleaning staff is very active but problem with some buliding members who spits paan masala every corner and write things in lift etc
