★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy from their website. The service is SLOW. Also they don't exchange items on sale. So it's HUGEEEEEE disappointment.
1)The top on the website is 3/4th sleeves and they delivered a full sleeves to me. So don't trust the images..
2)The fabric is super thin. They say it's "Chanderi" so that's why it's thin. Give a lining in that case. The product looks cheap because of the thin material. Surely not worth the LUXURY price they are claiming.
3.I mean I paid 2600 bucks for a lousy looking Kurta set. I'm just thanking my stars it was an item on "sale"
4.I have not seen a single brand selling online who doesn't exchange sizes. Normally If a shop does not have the size they give store credits. Saundh team refused for that too. During a pandemic I obviously can't visit their store to try on the item on sale.
Illogical. Not trust worthy and SURELY not luxury.
To be honest I have not had instore experience. But after my experience with this kurta set I purchased online. I will never try for instore experience and urge the readers also not to :)
