★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daily 2-3 times calling is needed to tell them, internet speed is slow or internet service is lost.
Sometimes they won't pick-up call.
If you are IT guy or you are playing games or running apps on tv(prime, Netflix,hotstar) using this wifi then you should not go with this network.Sometime surfing also become difficult.
Also they have one solution for you to fixed too get speed that is you need to seat near to router if there is no speed.
Gr8 service. Used for 5-6 months still no improvements in service.
In their language, service means if you are calling them and they are picking call then they are giving you good service, but internet issue is not listed in that.
If you want to waste your money, then go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. If you are planning to consider them, this is the worst option ever. Go for branded connections. They just keep lying and will give non sense reasons. Very inconsistent and inconvenient service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Using this broadband since last 3 years because I was having no option in my area. They will respond to your problems in 2-3 days depending on their mood. Speed commitments are not at all near to what you paid for. I've paid for 30 Mbps and getting only 7-8 Mbps. You will get internet only half of the days in month. Stay away from this service provider, other players are in market now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ His connection is totally waste of money and time. Because there is always an issue in their connection and if problem occurs at time of 8-9 pm then they will say that we will fix it tomorrow and even tomorrow they will come at 2-3 pm and then probably they resolve it.
I have taken the 1 month plan and in that I can use it only 15 days, and rest of 15 days the connection is interrupted only.
Worst connection I have ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Service outages every two-three days. On calling, the guy keeps giving excuses and doesn't come to check.
If your connection goes down in the morning, expect the technician to come by no sooner than evening/night. That too after 20-30 calls.
Plans are alright. But in terms of service, absolutely bad. Would not recommend to anyone.
