Zero star for patient counseling. She even don't explain the situation and giving the medicines. Money making hospital. Always consult with other gynaecologist after visiting here.
Chances are more that she will tell you to abort the child for x, y, z reason. Remember to wait and consult other doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Nainesh Vankawala is great! I was suffering from lower back pain for a long time but with his expertise it was just 1 medication and some rehab exercising.
The consultation and explanation was great. I'm surprised I recovered from the condition without spending a fortune here. Great doctor & great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all patient friendly and toooo much greedy. Doctor (Meena Vankawala) does not even have time to talk to patients and don’t explain the reasons also. I am giving 1 star as there is no negative star rating. They charge money for the next day follow up consultation too. They don’t even take all the images of babies in the sonography and have unprofessional staff who talk on phones while doing sonography.
Money Money Money that’s it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulted Dr. Meena Vankawala for PCOS. The consultation & check-up was very smooth, I was guided really well. Unlike elsewhere, I wasn't handed over with contraceptive pills rather I was guided through the process & the doctor helped me made manageable lifestyle changes to help me with the condition. I was also given easy diet changes to follow for a healthy lifestyle!
The hospital staff was really kind & helpful and I was guided really well. Doctor has years of experience and it shows in her work. Really recommend!

We are also very thankful to team of other Doctors of SAURABH HOSPITAL Dr. NEHA,
Dr. PRATIKSHA,Dr. MANALI and other staff members including Nurses, ayya massis, reception staff for their full support during our treatment in this pendamic condition taking all the necessary safety precautions.
We had previous history of multiple IUI / IVF failure and miscarriage considering this Dr. MEENABEN and her staff successfully completed high risk pregnancy delivery.
In this hospital every facilities are available sonography, medicine, laboratory test sample collection, dietician whatever require during pregnancy, so we don't have to go outside of the hospital premicis for anything during this pendamic condition at any stage of the treatment, which was very very important.

100% money making company. Dr. Meena is not the correct gynecologist to consult in Surat.
If they feel, you are going to give them business of minimum 1 lakh INR, then only they will give you time. If your health issue is serious but if treatment is not expensive for that issue, they won't pay attention on you. Kept me waiting for 2 hours even I had reached before my appointment time. I already had mentioned on phone that my condition was serious and not able to wait. Finally, I went to another hospital and cured myself by small surgery.
These people are behind money only. I am daughter of a doctor and working as IT Professional, still they tried to make me fool and didn't attend me properly.
The injection which is to be given in muscular, their nurse gave in IV. My issue was not cured at all.
There is rule to submit 500 rs at the entry point. Then only you will be able to seat in the queue to meet Dr. Meena. And there is no guarantee of meeting Dr. Meena even after 2 hours of your appointment time. If patient will be late for 20 to 30 minutes for sonography because of excessive bleeding and pain, they will cancel the appointment very rudely and tell to come on next day. But, if Dr. is late for 2 hours, they will not cancel the appointment and not pay you the advance consulting charge back. They will request you to wait for the Dr.
Too much disappointed by the assistance Dr.
Too much conjusted and crowded place.
No proper air circulation for the patient.
Extremely costly too.
In other women's hospitals, consulting charges are to be paid at the time of exit when your dr. has already attended you.
I am sure all the good reviews are given by the hospital staff and the relatives of the staff.
Please don't go to this place for any gynec issue.
Surat is having large numbers of good women's hospital which are really reasonable and not the money making company.
