β β β β β I ha applied for credit card online yesterday,half of the details filled in and after taking a pause ,in small letters the card fee and annual fee dhoni in small letters and directed to think and directed to go ahead,so naturally filler comes in their JHANSA,ang due to oversight given consent.the fees and such financial burden be given in bold letters.
I oppose this practice and deny to accept card.

SBI credit card office. But this month they charged me renewal fee 587.87
What's wrong with this people I'm talking this matter to Lok pal (RBI)

β β β β β I have been using the card for last 5 years. But I would like to inform everyone that these sbi card people are highly arrogant and hardly cares about customer. I had to make the payment of 87000 for the month on August . I made 85000 payment and 3000 rs was credited due to overpayment. So total payment according to me is 88000.
But to my utter surprise they charge arround 4400 plus 800 as taxes as financial charges, as I have made a payment of 85000. And 3000 credit back money will be added in another month statement. So for lack o payment of 2000rs they caherged 5100 rs arroud as interest rate . ( 3.5 % per month on whole amount) . Even after requesting multiple number of times, they paid no heed to it. To my surprise, they siding even call or messaged to make the remaining payment. But the fault is entirely ours as we are customer.
So beware of these frauds.
