★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just visited branch for deposit SBI Cheque, i surprised from answer that " we are not accepting SBI Cheque, other banks only except SBI". Except this negative feature everything is fine. #NilayPanchal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service not sbi. Their employees of makarba branch specially they take 2days to change the mobile number, day 1said wait and waitedalmost 30mnts then said come tomorrw will do it .having server issue.and this is the permanent excuces from their employee. And many more issues.

( branch has an Online Banking Kiosk, where customers can learn and use Internet Banking. It also has Account opening kiosk, ATM, recycler (ATM + cash deposit machine), passbook printer, and electronic cheque drop machine.)
you can now get a personalised debit card within 10 minutes of opening your account!..
fully digital branch....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst banking service & its employees. Opening an account with them was my worst decision. I've called them to check status of my CIF # transfer issue quite a few times because I am not getting a reliable reply from them. I really wish to make this account up and running but these ppl do not want to serve customer properly. The lady is rude on face & on phone. She upfront told me " aap baar baar phone mat karo" WTF is that response? You are being paid to reply to the calls. I was calling because you are incapable to resolve my issue so I being a customer, who eagerly waiting to run this account smoothly, calling you to get a response. You are getting paid to serve customer. Atleast learn a bit from private bank. Ofcourse they too mess but not like SBI's employees. Learn some phone etiquette or soft skills when you are the face of the Bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is so cruel and always treat us as we are terrorist and we made some horrible mistake. I don't know why SBI are not monitoring this type of staff.
And every time when we communicate they so scream that we feel ashamed sometime in front of all people. SBI should do something so they can't lose the customer.
