★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBSTC city booking office and terminus, from where Kolkata and major towns are connected by state bus. Recently new building has been constructed to ease the service and passengers waiting shed in bad weather. Though online ticket booking is available, passengers can book their ticket well in advance and current booking is also possible from here. Footpath and surface of the stand not maintained property. Though Sulav souchalaya is functioning still people are not using it. Bus service is very punctual and sufficient. AC and nonAC buses are carrying passenger regularly to reach their destination safely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buses towards Kolkata(Esplanade) and Karunamoyee(Dum dum airport) are available. Before COVID, buses were available for every 30 minutes. Limited buses, around 5/day, is operated during COVID lockdown. Non-AC buses are available. Other travel agencies like Greenline are also available. Government bus tickets costs less than Rs. 300/-.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the main SBSTC bus stand . The buses are mostly never late and are on time . There is space for people to wait and sit . The area is also clean and almost all buses are available to different places of West Bengal . Overall it's good and also can be easily reached as the transportation to this place is easily available . Advance ticket booking can also be done .
