★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People of this resedent society is like a family to eachother. But the SDC company people behaviour to resident is too bad . Work is dam slow . Under construction project. As 40 resedent has already shifted over here. But not satisfied by the company people work& behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Design and planing of this project is very good , well ventilated flats with wide glass windows and designer doors, room sizes are also very good .worth and value to money.
But any body need to do a lot of followup with the sdc staff for completing the pendencies if any , that is erritating.
else it is a fantastic place to resident and you will resly enjoy .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is ok, worst maintenance , from last 2 years still swimming pool not started. Builder taken one time maintenance amount from all buyers but no maintenance..no proper cleaning,no guest room, no gym, all instrument in worst conditions.no indoor games.2lift r closed due to no maintenance. No security CCTV. very hopeless to buy flat. feeling cheated.all the commitment getting fails done by builder n team...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is near to vaishali. Construction is good. Project is still under construction. People have started living. Around 90+ families are living here. Place is easily reachable. Rooms are big and wide windows. If buying, you must buy a flat at the open side. The flats which are inner side of building, are lacking natural light. Front side flats are sold out. Flats to the open sides are left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is good but worst maintenance , Builder staff are rude. Builder is not doing proper maintenance.. every 2nd day water and electricity issue..No proper society. Builder is cheating the whole group of people. All indoor items broken, gym is not at working condition, billiards broken, not enough CCTV , . Builder has failed in delivering what he had promised for..

Pros: Average built quality, nicely designed though. Exterior are good. Indoor amenities are good if not great. Nice flats in budget price (comparatively), good connectivity
Cons: interiors are very bad, very less open space, no park or decent play ground for children, no market nearby - you will have to drive or walk around half km for local stores, public conveyance is an issue but it's fine for uber/ola

Here is my review: Average built quality, nicely designed though. Exterior are good. Indoor amenities are good but not great. Nice flats in budget price (comparatively), good connectivity. The interiors are ok, but not good. The public conveyance is an issue but it's fine for uber/ola.
