★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was such a lovely accident company have an amazing policy did not even ask you a single question about what happened how this happened Huawei it is not working as long as your product is in warranty immediately take it and just send it and for the repair and whatever but to provide you with the new product but it will be delivered at your place in one to two weeks time.
I really like the way staff was very empathetic towards customers and was able to process all the work very quickly and I just had to give my receipt and nothing else for a warranty to be claimed in the new product which I received is absolutely amazing there is no problem with the new product.
However I would like to remind you that the bill has to be a hard copy because she she will take the bill and give you a another slip / receipt for the damaged product should take from you hello what I would like to remind you that the bill has to be off hard copy because she will take the bill and give you a another flip / receipt for the damage product she takes from you so I would recommend you to get that print out from your place or somewhere not your because here the prices are extremely extremely high for even one page so just make sure before you leave to come to this place get yourself print of your receipt or in voice on your way with his your prices are Breaking the roof and going up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete information was provided, there was no waiting period. Only beneficial if your hard drive is in warranty. They willl not check anything just replace the hard drive. If want your data back, you have to raise a request online.
They told me my harddrive will be delivered to me in 15 days. They may instantly provide you the hardrive if that will be available.
Remember, only helpful when it's in warranty and no data backup is needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone has their own experience, and seems good , but in my case goes not so nice took long time , waited more than an hour for just to submit a Hardisk.
All staff goes on lunch at same time as you can see no one is there to attend customers.

I'm just amazed the staff not asked me any question he just gave me new hard drive. My experience was very very good. Staff was also very nice. Below are some pics of my new hard drive. I'm very happy. Online free delivery is also there. ???????????
