★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good complex now a iconic name on Palm Beach marg a garden community almost...a little too big to administer by a society knowing how societies are and its politics. The place was built for NRIs and hence the more popular name NRI complex . The place surroundings are maintained well however the buildings are in need of repairs and especially the old phase i.e. the first phase buildings are reported to have extensive leakage problems
There are two and three bed flats . A club house and a gazebo offering a picturesque sun set view . The place is close to seawood station and has DPS public school just across the road. The new jetty constructed for roll on roll off car/vehicle service and for passengers to sweri is just 200 meters away . The are is green close to the watrrbodies home to the migratory birds and plenty of clean green cover which people are protecting from CIDCO land conversion for development

The garden is beside the club and is a great place to just chill out with friends. Close to the garden is the view point where many migratory birds flock during the season.
