No heavy vehicles allowed on this road. Amusement Parks available for children within complex. Small grocery, daily use thing's store available also. Bicycle available on rent nearby. Perfect, calm, secure, convenient residence at such a nice place. Landscape view is there. Security facility is good. No outsiders allowed without permission. Very close to Pam Beach Road. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dream society to live in. Plenty of open space. Multi cultural environment. Many foreigners live here. It has a several parks, playgrounds, swimming pools, club house, children playing area. It is also located next to the famous DPS school in Nerul.

A great swimming pool, badminton court, tennis courts, wide area to play football, a community center and a skating rink to just name a few...There are many beautiful trees and flowering plants all around. There is 24x7 security and amazing people all around. A blessed place to be in.
