If you are selling a Car prior appointment is required to get the vehicle inspection done. After a detailed inspection and test drive vehicle price is decided. Whole procedure takes about 60 minutes. Staff here is very responsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The evaluation personnel just switches on the engine and starts taking pictures inside, outside and under the hood. Measures paint quality with some instrument and checks tyre tread wear out. Does not take car for a test drive. After that they make you wait for 45 minutes saying some fictitious auction is going on and quote a ridiculously low price. If you refuse to sell, they call you everyday increasing the price by 15% to 20% everytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the most discourteous , insulting and demeaning attitude of the person sitting in the cabin of the outlet that surprised me how still cars24 is in business through this outlet.
I had taken my top end Toyota Yaris for getting an estimate. The car has to transferred to my name from my company’s name. I had taken all the docs and explained that I will get the transfer done, but I need an estimate to weigh my options.
But The person there curtly and very arrogantly refused to even have a look at the car. Amazing that in this competitive market such people are still running such big name enterprises !
