★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Bunch of unprofessionals running this agency. Frauds are not providing bill as well, demanding excess money from elders at home during gas delivery and never deliver gas cylinder in spite of repetitive follow ups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theirs is worst service. I booked gas fifteen days back and still now not delivered went to office two days in row. No one picks the calls and even the delivery boy number they gave.. Said will come in half hour but did not turn up today. Even by chance I'd people pick calls they are very rude. Poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience with them. I had to get a new connection and hence I applied online. Later got in touch with them to check the status.
The proprietor personally followed up the process and ensured that it got delivered properly on time.
Looking forward for a great service in the coming days as well..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst Gas Agency after booking they will cancel and they will tell us to re-book and they will assure us they will deliver by end of the day but they will not turn up always falls assurance from them. I Need to raise a complaint to consumer court if this is repeating. if you are not able to give good service kindly transfer the to another agency. Also delivery person demanding extra Rs.50/- why we need to pay for this, if costumer is happy for delivery they will as they wish but we give less than Rs.50/- they say we will not deliver gas next time which is not acceptable at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worth of 1 star, they are bunch of un professionals doesn't even know which form to use in case of loss of GAS bond while transfer of agency.. I got a form from other agency which is available from IOC website it seems... It's their duty to keep one form for the sake of customers... I would not prefer agency 200%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is new way of loot a money that, they keep black washer and we can't fix the regulator and they ask to complaint through 1906 and the agency mechanic came and removed washer and asked for service charge, I denied to give service charge but how come the mechanic just removed rubber washer and said it should work now. How do he know that it's a problem of washer, if know this washer problem then it's a known to them it's a they fixed the washer and through this trying to make a money.. Shame on them really......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst agency - the close even critical gas leakage complaint without attending to it. The blame it on system error.Gas cylinders are booked and sold by this agent to others,and when we question they say it's an system error. Cylinder leakage issues where cylinder has a problem, they charge you service charge. This is a pathetic agency..if there was an option of giving 0 stars, i would have opted for that. They are not even worth 1 star
