★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We r having such a bad experience from Cars24.. Delivering car is really bad, there was no proper wash nor they have cleaned it properly. There was no proper communication from these ppl. Once they got money from customer there target is over.. after getting a car my bro went to mechanic and got it checked. Later very next day we went to change tyres and got it changed as well, we got to kno there is a prob coz steering was bit hard and pulling towards left even after new tyres. We raised a complaint and someone came and took the car and went, these ppl need 10 days to get it checked and return the car. Is this wat ur management asked u to do so once u got ur money back from ur customer?? Wen these ppl wanted to achieve there target they were behind us, now no one has a minimal sense to give an update just for a small issue..
I never recommend this to anyone and I have asked not to buy anything from Cars24..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought the car on Aug. After 4 days, we see there are multiple repairs in the car. So, we raised the repair request with their team and submitted the quotation for reimbursement for repairs. After submitting, no one has reached us regarding update on the request. So, we called to the customer care and asked about issue, they keep on saying your issue will resolve within 48 hours. And, its been almost one month now, still no one reached about it. Looks they are just concerned on buying the car, after you buy they won't look into your issues. Very pathetic. Very poor services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's situated very close to outer Ring Road and hence easily accessible. But the steps to their office is a bit high without any support. Very difficult for senior citizens to get into their office.
But the vehicle brought through them is not even cleaned and washed, leave alone serviced, before delivering the same to the next purchaser. I am posting an actual photo, wherein the engine and other inner portions are looking very dirty. They have to ensure that the vehicle brought through them is delivered clean and neat. They also should ensure that the vehicle is serviced before delivering the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience, I sold my car 2019, still now RC not got transferred out from my name. I really suspect CARS24 is genuine. if i sold my car with local vendor or 3rd party, i'm sure by this time my RC got transferred with Hassle-free. CARS24 is just publicity with big brand ambassadors. Never, Ever recommend to any one .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Sold my car with Cars24 - No payment or answer from them. I Sold my car Swift thru Sales guy called Vivek. They took all my original documents and made to sign on all papers on 19 Jan 22, promising me that they will make payment on next day in bank. Believing them i have travelled abroad and now there is no payment made nor they are answering my calls.
i am worried whether i am in deep trouble.
Only in ads they make payments not in real.
I would like to give Minus 5 start there is no option for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My self Virendra kumar bhatt, senior citizens age 72 years old, I never seen this type of tell a lie spoken company, I have Honda City ZX 2007 model, My car Inspection done on 25 february's 2022 and first call received on 27 feb by Sumitra and given me 110000/ - I asked because in online price come 135000 to 155000/ then that guide told give me 24 hour time I try to for more pri,but 3 March one call came that your Honda city value is camdown and now price is 100000
This fellow name is pawan , After words daily came one offer from Ashwini 80000/ then daily one different offers came like 75000/ 70000/ , 600000 and to day call by someone Latha she quotes me 50000/ I asked you how to one car price within 15 days decreased 45 p% I think it not business but pure pick pocketing. I alerted all customer please be careful by car2 company who is spoil. My 20 days and last he demanding my Honda City ZX 2007 like theft price or very worsted price. Thanks everyone and when you go for Cars24 for sell your car be careful for his attitudes and spoken wrong information. From Virendra kumar Bhatt
