★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place to replace my sennheiser CX 180 as it'd stopped working. The replacement procedure was absolutely smooth and easy. The service center is brilliantly maintained which isn't expected looking at other brands. AC, water, clean and more. They've products on display where you can try them. The service center itself is located in an upmarket business park. So don't be confused when you visit this place. And yes, there is ample place to park as well!
Reachable via metro as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Milind here who attended me was very polite and helpful. The warranty claim procedure here is completely hassle free, no forms to be filled nothing. The service center guys just asks for a Hard Copy of Invoice and checks the earphones himself. If faulty directly hands over a brand new pair of earphones with no questions asked. Absolutely impressed with the service, Thank You Sennheiser India. Keep up the good work.

Nice staff and helpful management.
I’ve issue with my Sennheiser CX-180. Left side earphone stop working suddenly. I have 1 year warranty left of product. So I visit the Sennheiser service center. Within 5 minutes they check my faulty earphones and give me new one.
Note: Please carry one printout of your product invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is real quick, got my earphone replaced with new one that too with a costlier model for free as cx213 is not being manufactured any more.So the overall experience was good.
And pls make sure to bring the hardcopy of invoice, I hadn't but they helped me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow great experience...they just done replacement in 5min and given me new 300s earphone worth 2800 INR due my old earphone 275s is discontinued from Sennheiser which was worth 1400 INR.
Truly best after sale service experienced ever from Sennheiser.

Such a lovely brand.
Quality is also Excellent.
More important thing is Service.?
After 1 and half year Mic is not working for me. Immediately I have sent headset to them.Without Asking questions they replaced with higher version of headset.
Because my version headset production has been stopped.
My headset worth is 1750.
Replaced headset worth is 3750.
Not only I overrate for this kind of biggest replacement.
Literally Headset quality is also Excellent.
Not for Bass lovers.
Mild effect lover
It's cool and Soft bass.We can customise if you want to hear with high bass.
Now I am feeling good for spending money in Sennheiser
