★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting staff. i went there to look at a few things, while exiting stopped and taken in a back room and searched for nothing when i was the only customer around. they did not even have the audacity to let me know the problem. Inhuman treatment.

I carry a very dissatisfied experience of me buying a wrong shade of Clinique CC (3300) and then they harassing me by calling me 4 times when I went back to change the shade. According to them they need be satisfied with your shade, or you may say they create a drama to make you feel may be your product will be changed bu calling you at their store 4-5 times because the salesperson who actually gets the stat3 od mind of customer will be rebuked and told to notify that her senior also needs to check since they can't trust my words. And the senior who happens to be the "skin expert" will certainly know your skin and requirements more and will not get you the product exchange, which just turns to be a waste of 3300 rs for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg, extremely extremely bad Sephora outlet. I think it is opposite of everything that Sephora stands for. Poor customer service, the sales women don't have information about product, they don't seem happy with their job and roam around sulking rather than helping clients. The store is out of most of testers and cottons etc, so you can't remove whatever you have tried on. Their stock is also outdated. I think they should just shut off the outlet as it just tarnishes Sephora's brand name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought one Estee Lauder night repair serum from Sephora, Ambience mall, Gurgaon. After using this serum for a few weeks, my skin started to tighten up and became flaky. This serum instead of nourishing my skin, made it super dry, espically the T zone. So, I mailed them explaining my concern in detail along with my affected face images.
Now, its been two months, neither the store nor the brand is resolving this issue.
I relied over all the consultants there and made a mistake. Please look into this matter and provide a resolution asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SEPHORA @Sephora @Sephora_India It was indeed bad experience to shop from your Gurgaon store. Bought 1 Million Lucky 200 ML, which doesn't last 15 minutes. I strongly believe that you guys sell fake products. No support provided on my query either, I visited 4 times; disappointed ???
I was asked to visit multiple times at the store just to confirm that I don't understand how to wear a fragrance. Buy a decent deodorant from other store but never buy anything @Sephora_India

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer from last 4 years at Sephora store at Ambience mall in Gurgaon.
Last weekend when I visited the store, by mistake I carried the tester with me at exit and put my own lipstick at their counter. It was a honest mistake also the tester product was all empty.
The store manager and other staff made such an huge issue when the tester beeped while existing.
I was very embarrassed. I shopped for more than 16000 rupees and couldn't understand why they were screaming and accusing me of taking an empty lipstick.
I lost my own lipstick in this mess and was very embarrassed.
I will take a action on this abusing and would never visit this store in future and would not recommend the store manager to anybody. Very unprofessional and very rude staff.

I’m sure a global brand like Sephora imparts proper training on customer service but really hope someone looks into what’s happening on ground too. Or there will be plenty of customers like me who swear to give up visiting their store altogether.
