★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional trainers with a gun environment to work out in. Proper guidance with respect to workouts, training programs, diet and lifestyle changes if needed. Extra activities like Zumba, Yoga, celebration etc are a cherry on top. 10/10 would recommend.

If we are a beginner and we don't know how to do workout either we don't know how to use Workout machines so they teach as,great experience over here! If you take my Opinion so must go here! And be Healthy and fit

Best trainers....Trainers with a great knowledge and Interacting with them is so easy. So if you are thinking of joining the Gym, then "SFW" Gym is the best option for you.
