★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I’ve been there before and had a good experience, my most recent one was a complete disaster. Asked for a haircut and let a stylist decide what kind would look good. The description of what he was going for sounded good. Layers and a V shape from behind. Asked for fringes that start at chin. The result was like a 2 year old who doesnt know how to use a pair of scissors ??
Attaching pictures here to see for yourself. Also, the fringes started at nose level and ended at lips. The shortest hair was not at the front, but started at mid hair and longest (lip level) was at the front. This was a COMPLETE DISASTER. Doesn’t deserve a single star. Thought you guys should know. They need to start employing the right people again. DO NOT GO TO JUST ANY RANDOM STYLIST.
I didn’t figure all this out the same day. They blow dried it well. It came as a shock cause I flew out the next day to attend a wedding. Biggest blow! The two sides dont even match! ??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suraj and rauf are not at all co oprative with customers who are regular to the salon from last 4 years they are not ready to allow customers at 7.50 pm though closing time on just dial is showing 9 pm. They both want to go home i guess early. So they are not allowing customers. I think management should keep some responsible person at reception desk. Management should think on increasing customers instead of decreasing customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience i ever had of haircut services. Waste of money and the employee works there doesn’t even know how to cut the hair. The roadside saloon are a way better than this one. Please if you care for your hairstyle and hairs then don’t go to black spa-lone. Not recommending to anyone.

My hairs were completely destroyed by smoothening and I literally thought I had no option other than cutting them short. My hair became rigid and felt grass like texture because of over processing of chemicals while smoothening. Mr Vishal suggested me to go for Keratin and he literally saved my hairs by 90%. This will always be my go to salon for hair services as they are very knowledgeable when it comes to hair services. Outcome is Worth the money spent. Please look for Mr Vishal for any hair related services.
