My wife has been to 2 yoga instructor from the past 4 months,Sharda yoga is the third one and I have find significant changes in terms of her flexibity and body. sharda has more knowledge,value for money,she is more reliable and most important u ll get results in terms of body,skin& mind transformation. Highly recommended.

I have been attending Ujwala mam's yoga class for a month now, and already I notice so many improvements in me. After the morning class, I feel very energetic, fresh, calm and relaxed all day. Need for tea/coffee has gone down drastically. Strength and stamina has gone up. Increased mental clarity, understanding and calmness, even in the midst of office chaos. I feel joyful all the time, leading to much better people interactions. Increased agility and flexibility. Reduced food quota and better digestion. Reduced sleep quota and deep restfulness. Quieter mind without unnecessary thoughts. Alert and aware of my surroundings at all times. Of all the yoga classes I've tried over the years, this is the most effective. Even though we do daily aasanas and pranayam, every day is different. It never gets monotonous. The weekly meditation sessions are an amazing experience every time. Ujwala mam frequently explains the technique and benefits of many aasanas and breathing exercises in detail. Utmost importance is given to the technique and perfection of alignment in every posture, even when simply sitting for pranayam. She pays keen attention to everyone and provides personal guidance according to one's capabilities. The class is conducted in a large open hall, which positively resonates with our Omkar chanting every morning. Everything needed for yoga is provided: yoga mats, props, boosters, cushions, belts, and precise instructions on how and when to use them.

I joined Sharda yoga classes 2 months back. Before joining yoga i had lot issues with my body stiffness and neck pain. I even had an abdominal surgery due to which there was issues with my digestion. which But now gradually and slowly i could feel the difference in my body and health now i experience freshness all the day after joining the class. My guru Ujjwala mam teaches all the yoga poses very patiently and ensures that i do all the poses correctly. She carefully planned my asanas specific to my need which made me recover from sugery quickly. Though in this pandemic when going to yoga centre is difficult, but she takes online class very efficiently and gives personal attention. I would highly reccomend Sharda Yoga classes to everyone.

Ujjawala Ma’am is one of the best Yoga teacher I have ever known ... She conducts classes very professionally and her attention to Asana/Pranayam details are unmatched. She explains the technique and benefits of each asanas and breathing exercises in detail and emphasise on the technique and perfection of alignment in every posture for a greater positive impact on the body & mind.. I have been practising the Yoga under her guidance and everyday I learned new thing about Yoga. Even though we practise daily asanas and pranayama, every day it's different sequence of asanas so you will not feel monotonous. I feel a strong sense of calmness and relaxation after the yoga practise session, and every moment throughout my session was met with peace and tranquility. She taught me that Yoga is not just about flexibility and the asanas, it is more about connecting the mind, body and soul. It has been indeed a great experience! I highly recommend her as your go to Yoga Guru.

I'm a Regular Yoga Student. It's been 1.5 month I've joined Yoga Class before coming here, I was depressed, I faced some anxiety issues, so many things coming in mind, and I was not able to execute all things in a great manner, but after joining yoga class, from 1st day I see differences. Firstly, I healed internally. I really love starting Yoga classes with Omkar and Prayer. It automatically gives positive vibes. Ujwala Mam guided me in a good way she taught me perfect alignment, postures so it has helped me in doing perfect yogasana which gives benefits to you. I had Period pain issues but Mam taught me 7 types of Aasan which gives relief in periods. I was a yoga practitioner but I made lot of mistakes because of that I didn't get benefits earlier. I don't realized it. So, I thought to take proper yoga classes from Sharda Yoga Center. now, I'm very happy I have tackled so many problem just doing yoga practice regularly WITHOUT ANY GAP. Now my mind is completely Calm, I became a enthusiastic person for all day, I take decisions confidently. And now I have lost weight. So, I'm very happy. It was a best decision of my life to come here.

Definitely one of the best places with the best yoga teacher. It's been nearly 6 months since I've been attending the classes here and everytime I learn something new. That adds to the uniqueness of Ujjawala mam. "It's not just about getting to the perfect posture in the asana but it's about challenging your limits" is what Mam emphasizes which makes me try harder. There are very less teachers who genuinely care for the student's growth, push them forward to challenge their limits and who teach with unlimited passion. Ujjawala mam is one of them. We practice Surya namaskar and various forms of asanas like trikonasan, halasan, bhadrakonasan and many more which we may have never heard of. Not months but within days you will start seeing the difference in your flexibility, productivity and overall health. Back pain, neck pain, body exertion and headaches which are the common problems faced due to work from home will be lost in just a few days. I was not quite consistent in doing exercise before. Even when I joined the classes I sometimes skipped in between but Mam's constant motivation helped along the way. I have healed internally as much as from outside. My problem of period pain vanished in less than 2 months with the asanas Mam suggested. It's a place that will add value to your mornings and health to your life. It's a perfect place to start for anyone like me who is curious about yoga or just wants to stay healthy and fit and definitely you will never regret your choice :)

I have been attending therapy sessions for my neck pain and slip disc and it has been extremely helpful in the recovery process. Ujwala ma'am is very patient while teaching asanas. She also designed an exercise routine for me, that I can follow while going about my day, that has been a great help.
