★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intentions of Owner could be good, focus on customer connect till sale is made but back office support is very poor & frustrating. People lie & don't keep any commitments.
Booked 3 flats at Sheth Fiona project - builder has charged about INR 1L per flat towards deposit for 1 year maintenance & Property tax. Now when it's time to refund, builder is not refunding the same, instead threatening to withdraw services.
