The sessions conducted are well planned and executed also.Due to regular practicing since last 3 months ,I feels physically and mentally sound and strong . Thanks for providing such life time experience .

I've been with this class for more than 2 years now and words cantc describe what this class and Pramila has given me through Yoga and meditation.
They taught me to test limits of my body, pushed sprituspirit one step further and more importantly gave boost to confidence and positivity
