i told him to show a bicycle for wight capecity of 100/110 kg person
The man who repair cycle that time come and show me some uk brand whatever,
I told him that i cant intrest in that ,and show me under 10000 rs in 26 /27.50 size
so they refuse to show me other brand
Such attitude like we are going to time pass in that shop.
We are costmer and we have right. To every detail of poduct we want to buy
I give a minus star and very disappointed from this shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cycle shop in area bad service. I bought a cycle couple of days before and the quality is so poor that the break came off the nenxt day. So i went to their shop and asked them for service. They were too rude and their talking way was very bad. They said that; jo 1/2 ghante pehle cycle leke jaata hai agar uska bhi kuch part nikalta hai toh use thik karne ke paise lagenge." They just need money money and money. I would not recommend anyone to buy cycle or any other thing from here they are fraud. Instead i would recommend RACE ONE CYCLE ZONE located in new c.g road. Their service is excellent and talking way is also very polite.

They have really good and hard working professional workers and very good attitude for the customers and they always try to overcome customer's expectations. My bicycle was in poor condition and they made it look like totally new. Charges are affordable. My experience was really good, and i would highly recommend this shop for cycle servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased tricycle from this store. This cycle was costliest in tricycle range in their store. Within one month one part of cycle was broken. When I approach them they first denied for the same then charge heavily for small plastic part. They bluntly told they have nothing to do with customer need and satisfaction. When I said I will not recommend to any one for this store. They reply AMNE KOI FARK NATHI PADTO.

It's good store to buy a bicycle. Variety of ranges available. 5% discount also given by them. I also read other people's reviews, they could be right. But they expected too much from the store. I bought a bicycle from here and Mr.Deepak provide full support & discount.
Only thing which I don't like is they not gave you a test ride. How can one know comfort of cycle by just looks. Please consider this as valid point.
