★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is a genuine and resourceful person. Whenever I had a query I would drop a message and he would get back instantly. Also the mechanic seems to be an expert in his field. The shops got a variety of branded accessories for a very nominal price, some of which are cheaper than what you'd find online or in Decathlon. They've got cycles catering to the needs of kids and adults in both low-end and high-end ranges. If you are planning to get a bicycle in Gandhinagar, this is where you should be.

The road-side access are is full of construction debris and random slip-risks, and smells even 30 feet out in the open air of sewage. Even with masks on, 15 feet from the staircase/lift, it was too much. The thought of longer exposure to such conditions was more than enough to abandon this place and find another, less disgusting cycle shop, no matter how extensive their collection or what photos look like.

Bought one cycle few months back and today got the servicing free as it was first service offered by Raceone to all its customer who purchases cycle from them and within 45 days free servicing can be availed. Please keep up the good work in future also.
