★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for fixing HSN plate, the receptionist and her colleague had excellent customer service. Called them before going to showroom they were polite, organised and professional. Showed a great level of company standard.
Only the guy fixing the number plates was begging to everyone, chai paani kara do warna koi baat nahi.
Does not look good he is being paid for by company for his work.
He was taking company standards for granted.
Else so far agency I liked too much.
