★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and last, bad service after spending a bomb, outer belt snapped causing other expenses, mechanics are useless should have checked thoroughly, bolts were loose, squeaky noise after changing suspension. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really happy of services by Shivalik ford. Staffs are very supportive, warm and welcoming. Our sales person Vrindavan guided us from day we stepped in the showroom for first time till the delivery, and kept us updated about all the information. Keep it up guys.

Worst for get car serviced. Mechanic might be honest but service center managers / boss is not humble , it was our first and last visit to that Ford service center. Will always regret visiting there. Do not recommend.
