★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shivalik Vihar is MC approved colony. Shivalik Vihar is good place for living. Small society. We are also purchasing a residential plot in it of Rs.24000/- per sq yd.. Society has under ground electricity supply. Water supply already installed.

Beware of any dealers who are selling anything for commission.

Sewerage pipe within the society is very small as compared to size of the society. Agents keep luring clients and then stop receiving calls after payment is made. And I have seen residents protesting outside Dealers office several times.
