★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I once had some issues with my laptop and I wanted to upgrade it to a gaming PC I compared price from many other dealer and then a fed recommended me to go to this shop I visited it and I was surprised that the rate was like very low and I got my PC built within a day I was very amazed as the PC they built was working very smooth and the experience was pretty dam awesome I recommend each and every 1 to go and visit this shop if they want to buy or built gaming PC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rating is regarding the customer service and management. The person running the shop seemed to be good and well mannered but the service provided by their repairer is not upto the standard required and the owner is not taking any responsibility for that. I gave my controller for repairing and it broke again within a few hours of total playing time. They gave a warranty period of 48 hours but what if something happens at the 49th hour. That's not good business and etiquette. That's a disaster. That's a big disrespect to the customer and the customer is also robbed off his money. Giving a warranty time of 2 days, even if something happens on the 3rd day, they won't consider it. They will demand money for repairing again. So the owner is responsible for this blunder and the owner should take this responsibility or else he should stop his servicing protocol and if not then he risks his reputation going down.
