Worst experience ever. Don't go to here for any kind of service. . I went in to check my dominar 400 on 6th of March at 1.50 pm They took 2 days and wasn't even able to start my bike. . 1) Mr. Amit Hazare whose workshop manager informed that it will take 10 Hr just to charge the battery. 2) They didn't even had spare/new battery to check whether it's battery problem or what. 3) After further checking they said starter motor is not rotating freely. 4) spares are not available in it will take 8-10 days just to arrange a starter motor. 5) when asked for quick service or what else they can do?? they told me to go to Sai Service fugewadi Which is 8 km from there 6) finally I did checkout which costed me 250/- They said they charged battery I went in at 10 am. Thay took bike for dismantling at 11am lunch break was at 1 am And I came out at 2 am I don't know how they managed to charge my battery in 2/3 hr which they told will take 10 Hr. . 6) I walked 8 km pushing my bike on streets of PCMC . If SVC keeps doing this we are going to lose our faith in Bajaj.

How u deal with labour cost of rs 177 for clutch spring which cost 5.4rs? I'm not mentioned to change any clutch related parts.. I'm uploading that bill also check this out.. I'm riding bike over 10yr .. seriously I'm not happy with this type of service.. Executor also said that any other parts that may have to change we call u n confirm u for that... No calls for confirmation

I have my bike Avenger 160, 3-4 days before I was came their for paid servicing of bike.. that service agent told me that my bikes front disk break is not working properly... First thing my bike have ABS break system.... So how can that agent told me that.. and he continuously request to me to change the disk... What I can changed .. it's just 13K km was running my bike... How can he told beg me to changed... Atleast minimum 75k or 1L km after we can that disk.. loot is happening Thier. The owner of showroom need to visit once on showroom for how their people's talk with customer. They treat like we are begger and they are the owner of bike. Previous staff was good and helpful but this new staff is just here for loot. I was just changed rear break liners and done coating for bike they chargesd me 2220 ?

The place is well maintained. The store executives are experienced and friendly. The people at the service and maintenance part are also very helpful and friendly. So far the best customer care experience.

Very poor service (advisor not propaly work) of don't service take to customer plse shut down your service center and Rajesh Singh not doing his duty properly I want change battery and lights problem but he servicing cost and they try to loot by replacing engine oil brake oil etc when it's not even needed.They way i left my bike at service station and the condition of the bike now is very worst. The things which i ask to repair doesn't get repaired and they make more problems in bike saying you need to change this and that. Totally fed up with this... Very disappointed ?don't any work for bike very bad experience don't go there anybody

Poor service, we purchased an brand new 220CruiseAvenger in less than 3 hrs @ the Ocassion of Mahashivratri.... and we just wanted to check-out the Fully loaded Dominar 2021-21 in ignition on State but the staff totally ignored us for it... I'm myself a Dominar 400 2017 Owner... No customer support from the staff and quick action s or alert-ness....as we asked for 3 times at reception. Just stated wait for 10 min s or wait till an executive comes. Like wise.....!!
