Dont go for servicing even its free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Burgman BT scooty from the shiv suzuki showroom Pimpri Chinchwad. Wanted to provide feedback because till date i did not got call for feedback. However this feedback is not about the product but its all about the showroom and the sales managers. Behaviour of the sales manager was not customer centric, nothing bothers them if they make deal or not. Customer expects honesty humbleness and loyalty. All the qualities are Missing, I have a question now how does the showroom perform in market with such resources. Do not expect kindness from these guys. You will get commitments from their side but no outcomes.
I would suggest simply select other showroom or go for good brand in market

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is home for my bike as there was really a good support provided by Akash, he really supervised my bike so carefully and did all things smoothly I am really great dil for this service and also a person from the spare parts shop there was helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a poor experience. I wonder how these suzuki showroom are even running with so unprofessional and unqualified personal. Went to service my bike, for single lock change they are telling me to wait for 3-4 days . I have to keep my bike at service center for 4 days for lock change which takes only 15 min to change. I had to wait for literally 20min after which a person comes and listen to my problem as if I have asked his property. The manager of service center looked confused and was busy in driving scooters of other people. These types of service center are providing very little service and fooling people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever !! And by worst I mean the worst among all worst, offered by any Suzuki showroom . The showroom is good but the service station is worst . The people attending your vehicle are the worst and have no manners at all and no respect towards the customers, no language sense at all. I had some problem regarding my rear diskbrake which was gonna cost me around 500 in a local garrage but instead I choose Suzuki service station and they charged me 1900 and yet the problem is unsolved and it still bothers me . The problem with that service station is the mannerless attending staff who have no sense how to talk with customers , so if you want some good service to your bike and good behaviour and treatment from the staff then please don't visit there in your worst dreams also.
