★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff. They don't deliver parcel in most of the areas. They talk rudely that if you want the parcel collect it from office or go to hell. Very bad attitude. Do not pick up phone & if by chance picked up do not reply properly. If you have to send important documents urgently DO NOT SEND BY ANJANI COURIER AT ALL. There is no way ou can report to higher authority. USE OTHER COURIER SERVICE BUT SAY NO TO ANJANI COURIER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service... Really don't know what is their problem to deliver parcel at home. They always refused to deliver and ask to pick up. Moreover they don't know how to talk to customers, very rude tone as if they are doing favour to us and service is free of cost.
I sent a courier from Mumbai around 27 kg stuff for which I was charged 2700 rupees and for my surprise they refused to deliver it at home in Gandhinagar?? and told my brother ' If you want you can pick up otherwise we will send it back'..?? After I discussed with (infact scolded) the agent in Mumbai who was involved, they agreed to deliver.
Not at all satisfied with their services. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Ideally people avail courier service to get delivered parcel at home.
