It will cost me to delay my work by 8-10 days due to that,
Such a very bad experience with maruti courier
I have called each branch where my courier traversed all are blaming each other and passing fault to next branch
even the answers from customer support team are also not helpful.
very disappointed...!
It happens again with me and they returned my cheque book without notifying me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very Bad Service. Parcel is at their office and I was recieved message that my parcel was delivered at my home. I was call on their website contact number but that contact number is also down. Then, I have to go to their office for clarification regarding my parcel.
I see that my parcel is at their office and company's manager said that it was mistakenly entry regarding delivery.
