★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Unprofessional courier Service will be better name. Staff is rude. No support from office. Delivery guy misbehaves and says i am not free. As soon as i called come downstair to pickup. When you reach there, he says i left the place. I am not free for you. Such a terrible service.

They've received my courier and when I called, they said that they don't know the address, when infact I study in a college that's well known to every citizen in our city. But when I provided him with further information and detailed location, he bluffed it off saying that they don't provide service in my area, and mind you, I'm within a 9km range itself. He asked me to come and get it myself or else he'd return it right away. I'd ask the manager to read the Google reviews, because everybody's complaining about the same things, yet they repeat it time and again. The guys at the office should really learn to behave and talk to their costumers properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service. Parcel reached them 6 days before. They even didn't call. The status was still in Ahmedabad. It was very hard find their number call many people to track the parcel. After that they are informing we can't delivery to your area. It was very bad service.

Took more than a week to deliver just from Ahmedabad that too I had to pick from there Always lying we couldn't reach your phone will deliver tomorrow and blunt excuses
