Dear Sir, Firstly, I wish you all a very happy new year 2020. I am one of a plot buyer in Vaishnodevi Enclave residential layout, located in kumbalgodu, mysore road. I purchased a plot in the said layout in the year 2014 through M/s Sri Nandi Developers & Constructions with a commitment from them that Layout development will be completed and works are: - Individual plot water connection from over head tank. - Sewage Treatment plant full with full fledged functioning machines. - Park with good landscape. - Street lights - Thar roads *In the year 2019 I have constructed a house in the my plot in Vaishnodevi Enclave and residing since than with my family. presently, like us another 15 families are residing in this layout. *As committed, no development works are completed in this layout, Now, things have become very bad and layout is not remained fit, to people reside in. *Sanitary water is over flowing from the sanitary PITS and flowing on roads *As all waste water flows from UGD and accumulating in incomplete STP tank with out any installation of treatment plant. Sanitary water from adjacent village directly flowing inside layout open drain. *Only a structure of water tank is visible in the layout *It has got no water pipeline connected from any kind of water source. *Only Street poles are visible. But the light never glows. Roads are made in very poor quality -only jelly are seen in the roads. We, residents of this layout visited your M/s Vaishnodevi Lush Green Private Limited. Many number of times, since four years. to remind you regarding completion of the incomplete developments works in the layout. We only got oral assurances from Mr. Siddharth and Mr. Vikas but no work has commenced since sep-19. After our regular visit to your office, Mr. Vikas has visited the layout and gave a commitment in front of all layout residants, to complete all the development work with in oct 19. The works committed by Mr. Vikas are : - Sewage Treatment plant with treatment machinery. - Water connection to Overhead tank and individual water connection to plots. - Repair of Streetlights. - Committed to Complete the off done rain water drain. - Park landscape. - Repair of Roads. Work started in Sep-19, but only part of STP tank is built and part of rain water drain is constructed. Since than, till now no one has turned out towards the layout. Now, situation has become very bad, as sanitary waste water flowing over the roads. We request you to take immediate action to complete STP work on priority, street light work, park work, Road works and Over head tank work. I hope you have not forgotten your commitments and complete the development work as per committed and BDA norms . Kindly acknowledge the receipt and commence the work ASAP.
