★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is really very rude. I had gone there for getting the servicing done. Not even a single person on the reception was polite. I kept on asking something and no one was answering properly. All were busy chit chatting.
Although last time the servicing done was appreciable. Only the mechanics who actually do the servicing etc are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good well maintained scooter shop doing very well.selling and after sales.servicing very meticulously, well mannered staff to look after customers and maintainance shop to deal with meticulous after sales servicing all briefings are well attended to. It is a pleasure to visit such a good corcern for your valuable.vehicle ,i will recommend. this concern to all my friends .cheers keep it up and raise up to achieve better. Ramachandran.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the service as my self start stopped working since then also the owners interference is too much while talking to the executive...the owner(boss) does not have the Sence of talking to the customers..he starts arguing with the customers. Never had such bad experience in last 15 years as compared to previous branch at Rishabh TVS service center.

They are not responsible at all for their mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros : Servicing is ok ok type. Staffs well behaved.
Cons: Not much space for customers come for servicing, either you have to take pick and drop facility or you have to drop your bike at service centre and come again after 5.00 PM once your servicing is done. In your absence, you will get call with multiple unexpected issues in your bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for scooty purchase. Staff are not upto the marked in terms of customer service. They didn't explain anything about scooty features n models. Only price chat is available in counter and you have to understand at your own. I keep asking questions and most of them are unanswered.
Only suggestion here would be to have knowledgeable staff and better communication with customers.
