★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff force you to buy their AMC. They dont work well on your vehicle problem until you buy it. Dont buy their AMC, as the AMC dont work on other vendors or TVS and outside gurgaon, nobody accepts it. Staff is rude. If you give them bad feedback for their service, then they will keep calling you asking for 10 stars and ask you to visit store again and again. Technician are not willing to work. A simple problem in my Jupiter "break sound" took 4 services and 1 year to fix by them. I dont recommend this place to any one.

I would like to thanks to all the staff for their individual efforts and special thanks to Mr Rajesh (who owns the Tvs dealership). He is a very humble and welcoming person. now coming to the dealership
They are taking too much time for delivery of your scooty or bike.
Sales staff behavior is good but when we come for service it's not good.
They have taken 4-5 hour just for fitting the accessories.
Need to improve service Quality and please give importance to customer in service also as you give at the time of sale.

, Most of the time they provide good solution for service or a specific issue.
But last time I had claimed insurance, normal it should take 4-5 day but they took 10-12 day and didn't provide any backup option , I had to travel through auto and walking during those days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is well behaved and well equipped as well. Took my Rr310 there and surprisingly it was taken care of instantly. Parts are lil bit expensive, but again, TVS should be responsible of that.
