★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disrespectful sales staff, including the owner, who do not understand that bridal shopping is not just a task. The owner constantly boasts about his wealth, designers and contracts but fails to deliver the same. Customers are regularly ill-treated and made uncomfortable publicly. This store is neither promising nor considerate about the customer’s needs and wants. I do not recommend to visit this store, for any kind of shopping. Highly disappointing.

Shree Mahadev Fashion Studio
Owner: Mahindra. Extremely rude and arrogant. Treats you like he’s doing you a big favor.
Demands full cash payment before starting work. And doesn’t deliver.
Fraud. Doesn’t pick up phone.
And when you call from 10 random numbers, he’ll pick up, make some story, say not to call and hangs up.
He Spoiled my sister’s outfit and when she asked for refund, since her outfit looked nothing like what they agreed on, he refused and said there’s no way, he’ll give a refund and she can pick any of the awful things he has in stock.
He has been making random stories to avoid giving my mother her outfit, (delayed since weeks, even though we made full cash payment the day it was demanded) which we’re sure he has either lost it or spoiled.
His stories range from “My person is in the hospital to my person has gone to his village. My person delivered your outfit to your shop but your shop was closed so we gave it to nearby shop, and if the nearby shop is denying receiving anything, then my person must have collected it back, so you can confirm with that shop. I asked, why talk to the shop if your person has collected it back. To which he replied, my person is unavailable till Monday. He is in hospital or in village or in a hospital in a village or in a mental hospital where the rest of my customers will have to go to, to deal with the stress and trauma of dealing with an evil Bollywood villanous character like me.
One doesn’t expect service like this after giving business over ₹3 Lakh!
