★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus staff allow unticked passenger in AC sleeper buses. So in each trip 10 to 15 person without valid ticket are allowed to sleep in walking path in bus (jodhpur to mumbai). Extremely unprofessional. Unsafe travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience about this travals agency.i was traval ahamdabad to Udaipur. When i book ticket then he told me bus will departure from anamdabad 8:00Pm But Bus is departure form Ahamdabad 10:00pm,Also nothing arrangement,there is all difference what they are say and what they do.

First they told me for 7.30 bus timing and after that it got changed to 8 then they sended us too shahibaug to their another office and from there they 1 told that bus will depart around 8.30 then then they are like it will depart around 9.30. they are just fooling the people. Look how they are telling the time from 7.30-9.30

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class travel company ever. Don't waste your money. Just paying extra 100 rupee you can far better travel comfort and experience than this travel company. Sleeper seats are too dirty and smells like a dead animal body. Please choose another best travel company. If you travel by this bus you will only suffer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not prefer to travel with them the crowd was very bad they slept on the corridor of bus?. The charger plugs and light were not working. Stops were very bad as well as there was so much suffocation due to only one small window?. And they have the strategy to earn money by 4 passengers in one cabin?.
