★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a 4BHK apartments with an amazing concept... 1 living room, 1 dinning room+ hall, 4 bedrooms, 4 washrooms, kitchen, store room and wash area. Super spacious and friendly society. Nice place to live with peace in Gandhinagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the flats are good, spacious and there is no problem at all with the location...but the society has not been maintained at all!!!the gym is very dirty...the so-called table tennis room looks worse than a dirty bathroom...one more negative point is the type of people that live over there...there are some people who try to dominate the society and its amenities by addressing themselves as 'rich businessmen' or the 'builder of that society'...i could have easily mentioned their names based on my personal experience...but i don't think it would be good to get influenced by these people ... in this society only they are allowed to use the lift, common people can't use it... this society is only friendly because of defense people staying over there because they have created such a respectful and peaceful environment...
