I have been using there service from last 1 year, probably it was good compared to other competitors within the region and the responsible staff,
But after 1 year there services and responsible has become very cheap
Irresponsible staff no one cares input your money and time.
The worst ISP i have ever used . No responsiveness, not good coverage always gets disconnected network shuts for 30-1 hour and they have no answers for the call and msgs
In every 12-hour you will face 1-3 hour network shuts down issue.
and when you call them there will be no answer to your msgs and calls.
After paying them for the 3-6 month plan they forgot who the hell are you. even when your plan is going to expire they will not send any reminder on the last of expire they will cut the Net without any notice.
