★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic services and had a very very very bad experience. Since last two days Internet is down and had to call them 100 times still they did not resolve the issue. Giving false excuses and misleading. Was tired of calling, they didn't even send anyone to check what is the problem. So careless and irresponsible staff. No professionalism. Please stay away from this vendor. It's a local vendor providing cheap services, not at all reliable. Dont' even deserve one star...

If you want to waste your money then choose Venessa int...
Pathetic is not the word
Last review 2021: the worst thing for any business is bad customer service..
Earlier they were at least responsive with their customer service but now it's like I have paid the money for the entire year but if I need any assistance there is no one to attend to my concern..
Highly in need of good customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a stable internet connection for WORK FROM Home . Please don't go with VENESSA INTERNET. They have the worst internet connection I have ever experienced . Be it 50mpbs or 100mbps plan you will have lot of issues at work. My Wife lost her Job cause of this Issue and now she is still experiencing the same in her new job. We have no other choice as we don't have any other INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS in our area so we are helpless. They also have the worst customer service all they say is they will reset the ID and after 8pm they have no service where our work begins after 8pm.They have an ISSUE WITH THEIR BANDWITH which they are aware of and they don't do anything even after they know they have new customer adding up every month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pateric and very mean staff. They used to pick up call on one ring until u opt thier. Once u paid and get connection if u call or whatsApp they ignore u. Mr. Granil having two no but he didn't answer on any all those before I heard that no u have dialed busy on another call and after 5 second no body dare to pick up call and resolve customer issues.

Please try other internet service if ur wfh.
In week around 3-4 times, there will be no net for some hours (specific during 9-6 pm) and reason is also fixed & same - Wire cut, line issues, tree fell down or some lame excuses. During this time customer care service is not reachable or his phone is switched off.. Also, the speed is very poor all time. Wifi speed is not sufficient for 1 person, and if 2-3 ppl are sharing the wifi..then get ready to face ur boss due to pending works..Due to bad internet, my manager asked me several times to come to office n stop wfh.... Don't try this service ??
