β β β β β I have had a very bad experience living in one of the constructions of this builder. The formation of society is pending and in the interim, the builder's people have been very non cooperative and rude with the residents. The materials used in the flat construction are of very bad quality. The lifts are in a very bad state which is unacceptable for a 22 storey building. I will never recommend this building for purchase or renting.
